I've been smoking for over 6 years, and I've tested a number of sites. If I had to rate Smok-it, I'd give it an 18/20. Prices (sliding scale), fast delivery, careful packaging, quick turnaround (like delivery, I'm repeating myself), in short, I'm a first-rate complainer, so I couldn't find anything to complain about, and that bothers me because I like to have the last word, for want of reasons to criticize. You've got it, you've got to test this site to appreciate its advantages over many others that appear first on your search engine. Keep up the good work.

Item never received. Customer service informs me that there's nothing they can do and that I should have opted for delivery to a relay point rather than by Colissimo. Not bad for a first on this site!

The expiry date is not indicated on the bottles. Following this remark, I was told that I could return the products, but the return costs would be my responsibility. This is the first time I've had to deal with such poor after-sales service.
