"2/3 day delivery" more than a week's wait, let's go over it because of the covid. i had ordered 3 flavours, one of them wasn't the right one, but a different flavour doesn't bother me just that it was 3mg nicotine instead of 20mg so GOOD that's a problem. i know i could have sent it back but considering how long i waited to receive it...

Too bad we can't give 0 because it's everything my order at smoke it deserves, pitiful service Order made on Thursday with delivery by chronopost before 1pm, received the order a week later when indicated on the site delivery 48 to 72h, the first two days the order did not move I sent a message no response forced to call on Monday to know that my order was still not gone no excuses nothing normal what I am assured that my order will leave the same day number of chronopost to support but again bullshit I call back Tuesday not pleasant person on the phone who blames chronopost, my order really left that Tuesday evening no respect for customers first and last order chee them site to flee!!
