Well-designed site - shame about product availability

Following my order and as presented on the photo of this one I expected to receive 5 resistance TFV8 but surprise I receive only one, in short apart from that the delivery times are reasonable

Hello, 2nd order and 2nd order not respected... I'm missing 2 bottles from my order.... I'm starting to be disappointed with this site!

Site well stocked with products a little expensive on some products

I didn't receive my parcel so it was a bad experience.

Bonjour , peut être il faudrait revoir l'emballage d'envoi car les produits était bien la mais 2 opercule de resistance un peu ouvert , rien de mal et carton du liquide un peu amoché bref il serait peut être plus judicieux d'emballer tous sa dans une boite en carton .

No information after payment. Delivery too long.

My order arrived 6 weeks later, in 2 packages. The first package was empty. The packaging had been opened (customs? post? other?). Basically, I received a shredded envelope with 5 samples of an aroma so bad for my taste that I threw them away. The 2nd arrived 1 week later. It would be nice if delays were announced at the time of ordering, and not when payment has been made and a "reasonable" delay has already passed.

Order took far too long to arrive. The product corresponds to my expectations.

Only snag! I waited a week for the product to arrive instead of the 3 days advertised on the site.

Poor stock management - one of the products is available online but not in store - replacement product offered (which is a plus). If you want to order a specific product - it is better to call the store to confirm availability, or go to the store yourself.

Super efficient delivery. Unfortunately the price is higher than in the stores where I go. The aim being to save money by stopping smoking, it is not profitable in my case. The display of prices excluding VAT is phishing. Otherwise, once again, an effective site.

Very disappointed for this order of e-liquids because when opening the box delivered, it was all soaked with liquid because a glass bottle of 30 ml (tik tak juice) had emptied during transport ... result 1 bottle lost and all the others quite greasy and sticky!

The site should have told me that I needed the clearomizer, so I'm obliged to recommend the product for my order to be complete, whereas for the battery it told me so.
