My order never arrived, no commercial gesture, the person I spoke to asked me to lodge a complaint against the post office, no order tracking whatsoever.

A desire to do the right thing, but no less than 5 liquids were missing to complete my order, available on the site but not in practice. I had to choose others that didn't necessarily interest me...

I did not receive a duplicate item. Instead, I received similar items with different characteristics and colors, without a word of explanation or any attempt to contact the seller beforehand about an out-of-stock situation, for example.

I think the site is very good and the staff are very friendly because I've called them several times and they're very attentive to the customer's needs. It's a pity that delivery takes a long time, but that's not their fault.
