I have always been satisfied with smok it but this order I was disappointed not to receive my product as it should be it was very long compared to usual and mm not a small gift of apology for this inconvenience.......

I find that shipments are more artisanal than professional and I am very disappointed that many e liquids are sent with short or even very short expiration dates.
In summary, my feeling is: lack of seriousness.

Never had to deal with customer service, so 5 stars:)

Correct delivery. Call from Smok-it to tell me that some products were missing so I could replace them, really great. What's more, the charger I ordered went perfectly with the battery I ordered. No complaints.

I received my e-liquids on 25/09 and half of the products have an expiry date of 10/2015. I find this totally unacceptable. I've been ordering from this site for over a year now, but I don't think I'll be recommending it for a long time.
