1/ Expensive 2/ Delivery times not respected as the order was only prepared after 48 hours. 3/ Unprofessional parcel, poorly packed, no protection for contents, cardboard box bulging, products were packed inside. 4/ Parcel with several shocks and damaged products. (5/ Expensive and no quality service (see above) and no goodies, sweets or free products to thank for a large order. In short, little chance of seeing me again... 6/ Bonus dissatisfaction: impossible to send a complaint from my mobile via the site form. Captcha error but no Captcha control offered. 7/ Waiting for after-sales service to return faulty products.

The order was processed in two stages, as half the products were not available. Customer service offered to change the nicotine dosage (20mg instead of 10mg). A pity. Delivery on time, however.
