The maintenance and cleaning products are of good quality and the shipment was careful. However, the beige Luxor dye (Porsche) I received is disappointing, the color is very close but not quite the same as my original interior, and the product appears poorly mixed; despite vigorous shaking of the bottle before use, there are still clumps of darker pigments that do not mix. I suffered the consequences on a dyeing of the steering wheel center that turned into a fiasco while I was looking for a discreet and uniform repair. Perhaps the aerosol dye is a better solution?
Regarding the Beige Luxor Porsche shade, it is important to specify that the original color of the leather can evolve over time. Exposure to UV, wear, friction, products used over the years, or even the absorption of sebum gradually modify the actual shade of the leather. In this context, it becomes objectively difficult, if not impossible, to determine whether the perceived difference comes from the dye or the aging of the leather in place, particularly on a highly stressed element like a steering wheel center.
Regarding the appearance of the product, some highly pigmented shades may present a phenomenon of natural decantation. Manual shaking, even vigorous, may sometimes not be sufficient to perfectly re-homogenize the formulation; the use of a mechanical stirrer is then recommended to achieve optimal dispersion of the pigments before application.
We fully understand your disappointment, especially when the goal is a discreet and localized repair. It is precisely for this type of situation that we recommend, when possible, a broader recoloring of the element or resorting to a color made on a sample, the only method allowing adaptation to the actual and current shade of the leather.
Regarding your question, SOFOLK does not offer custom dye packaged in aerosol. The available aerosols are intended for standard uses and do not allow the same level of precision as a shade applied in a controlled manner.

Despite the payment for a manufacturer research regarding the color (for re-pigmentation of the steering wheel), the color sent (oat) does not match that of the steering wheel but rather that of the seats and others.

At Jaguar, the leather color code is different from that of the seats. You ordered the code corresponding to the seats and not to the steering wheel, which is why your color was not correct.
