No, I am really not satisfied. I think we do not have the same vision of caramel color!!! So your products ended up in the trash and my steering wheel is horrible. Had to buy a steering wheel cover for 31 euros extra.!!!!!!!!

This phenomenon is generally due to insufficient surface preparation or the presence of grease in some areas. Natural fat prevents proper adhesion and drying of the dye, thus causing the sticky feeling.
To resolve the situation, we recommend that you:
Thoroughly clean the affected areas with the Sofolk Sebum Cleaner,
a powerful degreaser specifically designed to eliminate ingrained grease.
If the leather is heavily contaminated, complete the treatment with the Absorbent Sebum Powder,
which works deeply to absorb residual fats.
Once the leather is perfectly degreased and dry, apply the Sebum STOP
to permanently eliminate the sticky effect and restore a healthy surface before any touch-ups.

When spray painting following the instructions, the product sprays strands and filaments that make it impossible to achieve a finish without lumps, ruining the original piece. Very dissatisfied and with financial loss after use.
I bought a paint that should be matte and it's glossy. And also the seat varnish gets stained.
Very long times, after months from the order, upon asking what had happened, I was told that I could receive it quickly by paying 60 euros. Fraudulent and biblical production times. I have already changed supplier. Pure disappointment.

The truth is that the packaging is very good, but the truth is that the finish and quality of the product is not really good. I followed the steps one by one and did not skip anything, and with the materials you decided on, there is no way. The finish looks very bad and the product ends up peeling off, and it has been sanded and everything done as you specified.
The sent varnish was foaming and ruined a job for me, I contacted you and you did not respond to offer a solution, besides I bought black paint on two occasions and being the same reference the tone was different.
It takes them 2 days to respond to an email... communication with them is difficult.
