Complete repair kit. Impressive results, easy to use with the explanatory videos. Only the color was completely off from the requested choice. Once received, I compared it with the numbered palette received and there was nothing to see, what a shame!!

Very disappointed by the chocolate color, despite all the protocol carried out and several layers the result is rather taupe color, very dull.

Products quite easy to apply, good usage explanations but the renovation is short-lived. The paint detaches from the surface too quickly. Products used for the renovation of synthetic material bar stools.

Unfortunately, 100% compatibility on synthetic surfaces does not exist, especially for furniture intended to be stored in public places. These often have non-flammable treatments that can cause problems. To achieve a good adhesion, it is absolutely necessary to properly prepare the surface, add a catalyst/hardener to the paint and varnish to achieve optimal adhesion and resistance to abrasion.
If you have any product left, it is not too late to order the catalyst and continue your renovation!

The red color is rather pink and the result disappointing

It is possible that we made a dosage error, however red tones are not very covering and require many layers to achieve the shade unfortunately. Many customers are misled by these colors. If despite this the color is still not right, please contact us!

The maintenance and cleaning products are of good quality and the shipment was careful. However, the beige Luxor dye (Porsche) I received is disappointing, the color is very close but not quite the same as my original interior, and the product appears poorly mixed; despite vigorous shaking of the bottle before use, there are still clumps of darker pigments that do not mix. I suffered the consequences on a dyeing of the steering wheel center that turned into a fiasco while I was looking for a discreet and uniform repair. Perhaps the aerosol dye is a better solution?
Regarding the Beige Luxor Porsche shade, it is important to specify that the original color of the leather can evolve over time. Exposure to UV, wear, friction, products used over the years, or even the absorption of sebum gradually modify the actual shade of the leather. In this context, it becomes objectively difficult, if not impossible, to determine whether the perceived difference comes from the dye or the aging of the leather in place, particularly on a highly stressed element like a steering wheel center.
Regarding the appearance of the product, some highly pigmented shades may present a phenomenon of natural decantation. Manual shaking, even vigorous, may sometimes not be sufficient to perfectly re-homogenize the formulation; the use of a mechanical stirrer is then recommended to achieve optimal dispersion of the pigments before application.
We fully understand your disappointment, especially when the goal is a discreet and localized repair. It is precisely for this type of situation that we recommend, when possible, a broader recoloring of the element or resorting to a color made on a sample, the only method allowing adaptation to the actual and current shade of the leather.
Regarding your question, SOFOLK does not offer custom dye packaged in aerosol. The available aerosols are intended for standard uses and do not allow the same level of precision as a shade applied in a controlled manner.

I was disappointed by your satin silky varnish and recommended a silky matte varnish that is far from matte. As a result, the interior is not homogeneous.

At Jaguar, the leather color code is different from that of the seats. You ordered the code corresponding to the seats and not to the steering wheel, which is why your color was not correct.

The color does not seem right to me. I sent a sample to get the color and the one they gave me is lighter. I took the sample from the sofa itself and comparing it with that same area the color is lighter. I expected it to be exact so I wouldn't have to paint the entire sofa and it hasn't been like that.

Hello, we are satisfied with the quality of the products. But disappointed with the proposed solution to buy a new can for 75 euros. Our initial order in English green matches our sofa and the color chip on the can. The product, however, does not match at all. The color I received was very different to the color chart from Sofolk.
Direct plastic paint of very good quality, the adhesion and flexibility tests are quite satisfactory. (plastic PP EPDM) It's a pity there isn't more technical information on the application: applying thin layers is recommended, impossible without the addition of an acrylic thinner, which requires viscosity tests and thus consumes product.. Impeccable packaging! Delivery time of one week is a bit long but it's a custom color so it's acceptable.

The biocide mold product seems effective but it has only been applied for a few days. However, I could not access the user manual. So I proceeded at random.
The leather renovation side is impressive, but the received color is very disappointing. It's a shame that the explanations regarding the choice of dye and the base color of the leather are not clearer.
