Hello, we are satisfied with the quality of the products. But disappointed with the proposed solution to buy a new can for 75 euros. Our initial order in English green matches our sofa and the color chip on the can. The product, however, does not match at all. Super great products, both the dye and the varnish. It gives a feeling of newness. The products are easy to use and the tools wash easily with hot water. I recommend the products for skaï Sofolk. They got me out of a big thorn in my side.
Everything is fine, except for the repair product, the tube paste takes a very long time to dry.

This phenomenon is generally due to insufficient surface preparation or the presence of grease in some areas. Natural fat prevents proper adhesion and drying of the dye, thus causing the sticky feeling.
To resolve the situation, we recommend that you:
Thoroughly clean the affected areas with the Sofolk Sebum Cleaner,
a powerful degreaser specifically designed to eliminate ingrained grease.
If the leather is heavily contaminated, complete the treatment with the Absorbent Sebum Powder,
which works deeply to absorb residual fats.
Once the leather is perfectly degreased and dry, apply the Sebum STOP
to permanently eliminate the sticky effect and restore a healthy surface before any touch-ups.

We ordered a renovation kit for our Roche Bobois sofa, products are great and results are stunning, the chocolate color with the Roche Bobois references is identical to the original color, even though I didn't do some parts that didn't need renovation. The color I received was very different to the color chart from Sofolk.
Great: the paint is very covering even on the most worn areas of the faux leather. It is easy to apply, gives a good final result. To achieve an even more perfect result, but it's already very good, I might have done better to even out the joints between the areas where the fabric was visible and the areas still covered with a layer of original paint. Thus, fewer coats and no sanding would have been necessary. Overall, well done, I really recommend: everything was perfect, from the order to the delivery.
