Very good telephone contact before ordering to get explanations about the renovation of a sofa and 2 club chairs. A few tears due to lack of maintenance (leather too dry), cat scratches, a few stains. Clear and precise explanations. I therefore used a renovation kit adapted to my expectations. And I didn't hesitate to call back if I had any doubts about drying time, order of product application, etc. Once the job was done, the result was spectacular. It takes time, but it's worth it. I really recommend it.
