Surprise is the word! I thought I'd been tricked into buying the products... well, they're great! I called the store and they told me to remove the matte varnish with acetone and put on the gloss varnish. I thought they were making a gesture, but nothing ... but all in all, the produird are good.
The products are of the highest quality and have restored the upholstery of my car. The only drawback is that the color is not exactly the same as on the color chart (but the result was quite satisfactory all the same).
