I really appreciated your initiative in not booking my second order, which was identical to the first, due to a computer malfunction. That's responsible and serious of you.

I have received my order and is very surprised at how quick it came. I haven't used it as I have a friend who will paint my car seats for me. The colour is a good match.
I have to give 5 stars for the speed of sending the dye, the great colour match, and the correspondence. As I don't speak French I was surprised at how easy it was to go on the site and order what I need. I will definitely use the company again and my friend who is a leather restorer has taken all the details of the company. The service was brilliant.
