Hello, I am really amazed by the result my car seats are like new I really didn't expect such a result and your sales team is very pleasant and very professional they took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions.
Effective and quality products. Small downside for the repair product: too small quantity for the price.
The color does not seem right to me. I sent a sample to get the color and the one they gave me is lighter. I took the sample from the sofa itself and comparing it with that same area the color is lighter. I expected it to be exact so I wouldn't have to paint the entire sofa and it hasn't been like that.

This phenomenon is generally due to insufficient surface preparation or the presence of grease in some areas. Natural fat prevents proper adhesion and drying of the dye, thus causing the sticky feeling.
To resolve the situation, we recommend that you:
Thoroughly clean the affected areas with the Sofolk Sebum Cleaner,
a powerful degreaser specifically designed to eliminate ingrained grease.
If the leather is heavily contaminated, complete the treatment with the Absorbent Sebum Powder,
which works deeply to absorb residual fats.
Once the leather is perfectly degreased and dry, apply the Sebum STOP
to permanently eliminate the sticky effect and restore a healthy surface before any touch-ups.

We ordered a renovation kit for our Roche Bobois sofa, products are great and results are stunning, the chocolate color with the Roche Bobois references is identical to the original color, even though I didn't do some parts that didn't need renovation.
