By mistake, when I bought the seat renovation kit, I omitted the fact that there were no leather parts in it. When I realized this on receipt of my order, I called customer service, who were able to reassure me and 48 hours later I had the kit and was able to renovate my driver's seat with 5 ***** satisfaction.
