The site is very well designed and easy to use. The Forum section is very well designed, with lots of advice and answers, or you can ask your own question very easily, and they'll get back to you without fail. In short, it's an ergonomic site where everything works well. And you get the feeling that you're being answered by technicians, not salespeople. I haven't tested the products yet, but the relationship is really top-notch.

The only drawback is that delivery against a signature extends the delivery time when you're not there, and you have to collect your parcel from a country post office open for 2 hours a day in the middle of the day. I don't know when I'll be able to pick up my parcel! Simple delivery would be much more convenient.
