Electric arm installed on a Touran, broke down after 5 uses, the fuse had blown, I had no information on where the fuse was located. Impossible to operate the arm manually. They advised me to call my car insurance to transport my vehicle, with the wheelchair half out of the car, to a garage. So I had neither car nor wheelchair since it was suspended in the air with no way to unhook it. The arm completely damaged my wheelchair which was brand new. Very little information on how to mount the wheelchair and install it in the car and no info in case of breakdown. And all that for 3800€ and moreover it is only guaranteed for 1 year!!!!!

Then, we advised you to contact your insurance, as we do not perform emergency repairs at the breakdown site. Your insurance can provide you with appropriate solutions in terms of assistance and repair of your vehicle. Also, we replaced the fuse at Sojadis and made the necessary adjustments to facilitate the loading of your wheelchair. We conducted a handover with you to properly use the wheelchair charger.
