I give 3 stars because I am not sure, but little by little, I am adapting to these controls.
Pleasant and attentive staff. The installation deadlines are respected. It's a shame that the lack of responsiveness to messages and direct communication with the client sometimes falls short, even if the resolution of certain problems is considered directly with the dealer. The client should have the opportunity to be informed of the problems and to give their point of view.
Taking charge of my vehicle to transform it into TPMR at MORICE and lending an older replacement TPMR vehicle, with a rental of 300€ per month and few kilometers for trips near our home. The transformation deadlines went from 2 months to 3 months and the rental of the replacement vehicle as well. I am not reassured about the final date for recovering my vehicle.
The iso-fix cover disappeared during the intervention. And we see cables sticking out in my dashboard. The first time I was fully satisfied but for this second time I am disappointed with Sojadis's service.
To no longer use my legs while driving, I had an ACCEL INDEX installed by SOJADIS, I appreciated: . The home visit (very quickly after my request) by a person to present and test the equipment (I regret not being able to try the CERCLACELL). . Complete handling of the car, very good logistics - Deadlines and prices respected. . Fairly easy adaptation to the equipment. . "Prospectuses" or information should be available in neurologists' waiting rooms, etc.
The requested work was carried out according to the rules of the art, except for a handle that was proposed to us during the first meeting and which was not installed! I am still waiting for a response from your sales representative (Véronique) after several follow-up calls...
Following the modification of my Peugeot Rifter, I am quite disappointed with my experience with this supplier. A lack of well-adapted advice from the sales representative and a final result quite far from the expected outcome with this manufacturer whose brand image is above reality.
Hello, on a CLIO inten E6TECH 140, the passage of my wheelchair with the robot mounted behind the driver's seat is too tight. No possibility to adjust (the front seat). Fork not visible enough once on the ground. Fragility of the robot.
I installed an adapted seat in my car 10 months later it became useless it is regrettable that it cannot be reinstalled in another car this would help a disabled person who does not always have the means to invest in new equipment
Quick and careful installation; friendly and competent team. Regarding the material, compared to another steering wheel ball device tested (on my previous vehicle), the advantages of the COMDIS do not compensate for the disadvantages: The Pros: - rotating handle - edge allowing easy access to turn signals at night - robust device The Cons: - bulky device (it's logical with 4 LR6 batteries instead of a CR2032) - ball not ergonomic enough - fewer functions (no intermittent wipers, no warning lights...)
Installation of a left accelerator on an automatic vehicle. By default, the D pedal is active and the G is deactivated. The G pedal can only be activated after pressing a button at startup (within 30 seconds) and the G is thus deactivated. It's effective, but with an automatic gearbox, you can leave a parking space without ever accelerating and find yourself in the flow of traffic without an accelerator, and beware of the vehicle coming up fast behind you. You have to brake, cut the ignition, restart the engine, press the button, and accelerate!!! Why 30 seconds? 2 OR 3 MINUTES WOULD BE SO MUCH LESS DANGEROUS.
Very well done work. Long wait upon arrival!!!!!
Chassis plate: not mounted as planned in the order form (cut on one side to the right and not to the left)
