During the time spent at this company's premises for the installation of a system to place the seat at the back of the vehicle, unfortunately, the installed material has nothing to do with what was discussed and in its current state serves absolutely no purpose. Moreover, they damaged the interior of the vehicle, leaving me with a device that causes more problems for manually placing the wheelchair today.

Scam site in case of return they charge 58 euros for processing fees: Thank you for returning your order. You will be refunded 103€ - 58€ = 45€ including VAT (BOULE_CARBONNE + SUPPORT price - processing fees), after receipt and visual and functional inspection of the knob with its support.

Electric arm installed on a Touran, broke down after 5 uses, the fuse had blown, I had no information on where the fuse was located. Impossible to operate the arm manually. They advised me to call my car insurance to transport my vehicle, with the wheelchair half out of the car, to a garage. So I had neither car nor wheelchair since it was suspended in the air with no way to unhook it. The arm completely damaged my wheelchair which was brand new. Very little information on how to mount the wheelchair and install it in the car and no info in case of breakdown. And all that for 3800€ and moreover it is only guaranteed for 1 year!!!!!

Indeed, without you noticing and totally unintentionally, the wheelchair may have gotten stuck or jammed on your vehicle, causing the winch to go into safety mode and the fuse to blow. Then, we advised you to contact your insurance, as we do not perform emergency repairs at the breakdown site. Your insurance can provide you with appropriate solutions in terms of assistance and repair of your vehicle. Also, we replaced the fuse at Sojadis and made the necessary adjustments to facilitate the loading of your wheelchair. We conducted a handover with you to properly use the wheelchair charger.
