Response from Soledi ArtDeco
We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your satisfaction.
However, it is important to clarify that your order was subject to an exceptional number of modification requests (more than 15 redirects and changes in a very short time). Each intervention leads to a new logistical process and an automatic delay in delivery times. Carriers, like any human organization, require a minimum of stability to ensure smooth delivery.
Under these conditions, the delay cannot unfortunately be attributed to a processing fault on our part, but rather to the succession of modifications requested after shipment.
Regarding the condition of the product upon receipt, we remain available to provide you with a solution if you contact us directly — which is always more effective than a public review to concretely resolve a problem.
We do our utmost every day to satisfy our customers, as evidenced by our thousands of positive reviews, and regret that this order did not follow a standard process.
Best regards,
Customer service
