Hello.
This note is due to the fact that Mondial Relay took 13 days to deliver the package, changing pickup points 3 times, the last one being a 40-minute round trip on foot because there was no possibility to park.
In addition to seeing the Mondial Relay delivery drivers throw the packages into their truck and grumble when we point it out to them.
Otherwise, Soledi art deco did their job correctly.

Delivery was good, even though I would have liked to receive my order faster. Am I perhaps too used to the site that delivers in 48h?

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello,
it is surprising that you cannot reach us, as we are available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm by phone, on chat and Instagram until 8 pm, and of course by email,
moreover, we listen to the answering machine every morning. Since this is a complaint, I would appreciate it if you could send me by email the photos of the broken ball, to [email protected]
Looking forward to your reply,
Best regards,
Sophie

I had an urgent need for polystyrene half-spheres and I am delighted to have found some. However, it is still expensive (the price you see first is excluding tax) and the shipping costs as well.
However, I appreciated the sale of damaged items on promotion. It's very interesting.

Response from Soledi ArtDeco
Hello,
it is a pity to give us a rating of 3* when your order from 10/11 at 5 PM was shipped on 12/11, with November 11 being a public holiday.
You opted for delivery via Mondial Relay and we clearly indicate on our site that the delivery times for this provider are 5 working days. Your package was delivered on 18/11, which is 4 working days after shipment.
The indicated times when choosing this provider were indeed respected
Best regards
Sophie
