Appalling service, 3-5 day delivery given at time of placing order. Currently 18 days and still no sign of it being delivered, order sent to Austria. Apologetic email received after I emailed the support line but nothing done to resolve the lack of delivery - advised just to wait until it arrived. Follow up email blocked by Sommni system. Very disappointing.

Haven’t received it 2 weeks after ordering

These loose there strength far to quickly I've had several but the work just wished they lasted longer

Not the best, borderline unusable. The sales practice is also a little opaque. Missed that you need to pay extra to be able to return after trying. Disappointed, that I can't use it and it cost a ton. Very professional looking brand otherwise.

The device is too big for my mouth and I am a full grown adult man. The adjustment is poor and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t stop my snoring. I have had better results from much cheaper devices.

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

Poor product. Uncomfortable, overpriced and not useable. It's basically the same as the cheaper bite/mould models, but far more expensive, the gel goes hard and lumpy or doesn't set properly so like sticking your teeth in some gloop,
or between a piece of granite. The most uncomfortable and overpriced anti-snore device I've ever purchased. Like having a horses bit stuck in your mouth or being gagged, rather than a comfortable mouth piece. I wont be purchasing again and kick myself for not taking out the refund package. £130 for a bit of hard plastic. Hugely dissapointed in this.

Ordered a mask, but it hurt my face and the pipe kept falling off in the night and now they are now refusing to accept the return even the though thebproduct isnt up to scratch

I have enough of an overbite that the product is un-usable for me. This could've been avoided had sufficient guidance been given when I tried the suggested fitting test by biting a piece of cardboard.

Order shipped promptly but was returned to Somnishop without even leaving Germany, due to the package being damaged. Somnishop blamed this on the courier, though had the package been packed well it would have not got damaged beyond repair during shipping. Please package items well enough to survive international shipping.
Refund was arranged after contacting Somnishop by email, they did not answer the phone over multiple days. Refund took over a week to arrive (over Christmas which excuses this a little)

Even though the shop is called somnishop uk it is actually in Germany so delivery is delayed and you will have to add customs fees to the price quoted. So whilst I got what I ordered eventually it was way more expensive and slower than expected

Het pakje kwam soort van aan, Kapotte doos masker las van alles in de doos gegooid, heb nu wel foto's gemaakt en verstuurd en de doos goed dicht gemaakt en krijg nu het dreigement dat ze het nog 1x opsturen of ze gooien het weg, 14

I am 100% confident that nobody actually uses these. £120 FOR A PIECE OF PLASTIC with a NO RETURNS POLICY!!! It is absolutely 100% not possible that you can sleep for 7 hours with this massive piece of hard plastic around your teeth. So angry with myself that i bought this. £120!!!!

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for the delivery of my product and still nothing. There is no tracking number and there has been nothing left in my letter box to say someone has tried to deliver Please can you investigate this and sort this out Thankyou

Just been charged over a £100 in customs charges,

Order placed on 28 Feb 2025. But the product - cleaning tablets do not ship yet (18 Mar 2025). Have committed to ship last week but no response as of today. No proactive update.

Mask came in good time. Mask does not work for me. It leaks when sleeping on your side very disappointed.

I was recommended this product after doing a sleep test but turns out to be a terribke product. Followed the instructions to set mould to my mouth and it didn’t work therefore the mouth guard becomes completely useless.
I ordered from the UK directly from their website and had to pay additional taxes for the delivery therefore even more disappointed.
Instructions are extremely difficult to read, not sure how someone not used to watching YouTube videos would know what to do.
I would be very careful when ordering this.

Website looked to be English, but did not advise shipping was from Germany and would incur customs charges. Contacted company who just pointed at FAQs and blamed Brexit. No hint of apology. Was landed with a £40 customs and handling charge. Please beware - their prices are cheap, but not all that it seems!

I didn’t receive my order

The guard was somehow difficult to mould, they don't say if not hot enogh, will not mould on your teeth. If too hot, it burns your tongue and gums. After several tries, it moulded better. But this doea not relieve from snoring at all, test and confirmed by my partner, with video recording.

The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the lenth of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

Quality product but it didnt work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunatly because the product didnt allow me to breath through my mouth I couldnt use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement prodcut but was told I would have to buy a alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alterntive from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to Somnishop for years if they had been a bit more accomodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaninful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product i could not use.

The product does not work. Neither mouthpieces fit, and so snoring continues. The company would not give money back, even though the product does not work. Disappointed.

The UK import tax was not paid, so I had to pay over £40:00 to get the goods released to me. Can I have reimbursement for this cost?

Outrageous prices for poorly fitting products which don’t work. Profiteering at its worst.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. E-commerce websites should be transparent in disclosing the origin of goods and any potential customs duties. This website does not easy show such information and with local domains (.co.uk) and local customer service numbers it deceitfully portrays a UK based company which is not the case. I was stung for import duties and VAT on top of the high price already paid, disgusting service, spread the word and be warned to use other suppliers of CPAP equipment.

Delivered promptly but after following instructions to mould correctly device would not stay in place. With my mouth closed almost impossible to breathe unless you can breathe through your nose all the time. When I opened my mouth to breathe the device would fall out. I have found a much better mandible available for a fraction of the price.

Nothing wrong with the product, but really uncomfortable in the mouth. Reluctant to use it
