I have never received my order until today, the email follow-ups have no response, the service does not speak French, it's a shame I lost more than 75€

I have never received my products or a refund

The Somnipack, T shirt with inflatable support is not suitable from an Osteopathic point of view. If you are asleep and roll on to the pack the pack is not supportive enough and should be longer. Support needs to be the length of the spine otherwise the muscles are not relaxed when asleep, and will cause headaches and back pain. This has been my experience. On a good point the quality of the material used for the T shirt is very good.

The product does not work

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.

Product impossible to wear

Product not received, no problem-solving ability from customer service.

Anti-snore pillow bought, €95...doesn't work, returned with return form within 30 days. Still haven't received money back after 3 weeks. No responses to 2 emails.

Ordering an item for 137.- and then having to pay the postman an amount of 30.70 as customs fees should be clearly mentioned on the site! One does not suspect while on the site that it is not in Switzerland.

The product does not work. Neither mouthpieces fit, and so snoring continues. The company would not give money back, even though the product does not work. Disappointed.

I still haven't received my order

The UK import tax was not paid, so I had to pay over £40.00 to get the goods released to me. Can I have reimbursement for this cost?

Wasted my money and time!!!

The quality of the pillow being quite mediocre and its price, quite high, I think I can say that I am quite disappointed

Usually I wear M or L, I took XS so that the roll in the back doesn't turn and it still turns, it's a shame

Impossible to find the contact details or the means to return an item that does not fit

The device adapted very well to my dentition and I have indeed noticed a decrease in my apneas. I would have rated five stars if it had continued in this direction, unfortunately the device loosens quickly and does not hold very well after about ten days in my case. At 120€ for the piece of plastic I admit to being very disappointed.

Did not receive track and trace from DHL, so the package has been returned.

There are a few things that could be different. Nose clips can simply go through the mailbox, so why send as a package with the same costs. It took over a week to receive them. It was a repeat order, but the size L I ordered was suddenly smaller than the previous delivery. Returned 8 days ago, but still no message or refund? This could be different. Lastly, I am unclear about the difference between omnipax air and clipair. They both come in a clipair box?

Customs fees not mentioned in the order. The device is more of a gadget than an orthodontic appliance

I never received the item.

Nose pad does not stay well in place for me, and the mask does not stay exactly on that thing. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a bad purchase for me. But it might be my fault because I am doing something wrong.

Outrageous prices for poorly fitting products which don’t work. Profiteering at its worst.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. E-commerce websites should be transparent in disclosing the origin of goods and any potential customs duties. This website does not easily show such information and with local domains (.co.uk) and local customer service numbers it deceitfully portrays a UK based company which is not the case. I was stung for import duties and VAT on top of the high price already paid, disgusting service, spread the word and be warned to use other suppliers of CPAP equipment.
