My product has still not arrived.

THE PATCH DOES NOT STICK EVEN WITH CLEAN SKIN

Returned item unopened and requested full refund only to be told because adhesive label that stuck to the mask packaging meant the goods were damaged and I would not be refunded. -

This device vibrate too strong and too fast. It happened that my husband was waken up over 10 times a night which was a disturbing. The price is not match with its performance.

SomniShop itself is OK. Orders are not processed very quickly but they do arrive.
This was the 2nd time we ordered, but the 2 bits are not satisfactory this time. Returning is not possible, so we are stuck with very expensive unpleasant bits.

I still haven't received my package containing a sleep apnea mask for which payment was made on April 17, 2023. If GLS does not deliver my package quickly, I will request the cancellation of my order and a refund of the amount already paid.

Item ordered and paid for on May 5. Still nothing by May 28 and no response to my complaints

The mask was no good and it cannot be returned an expensive waste of money.

Awful customer service!

Ordered a CPAP pillow. Unusable, couldn't sleep on it. Neck complaints only got worse. Over 80 euros including cover. Expensive experiment

Fast delivery

Initial purchase was good! But even though it’s called Somnishop UK, the products come from Germany. So after they have been dispatched, once they are in the UK they are subject to import duty & tax! So to receive the products I have to pay another £45 on top of my order! It was never mentioned at the time of ordering or anywhere on the website that products would be affected by additional duty costs! Buyers be very aware when ordering!

I had to buy this as they refused to sell me a replacement part for the one I owned. The stud broke when trying to a different stay. A simple plastic tray that holds the soft plastic in place and probably costs 1 Euro to manufacture. Very poor customer after sales service.

This site is very misleading. I ordered from Somnishop uk as it appeared to be a UK business. Next thing I knew I had a letter from Royal Mail saying I had customs charges to pay which was £73.47. Turned out It was from Germany. I'm disgusted as there were other sites I could have ordered from that were in the UK. If you are from the UK be aware before you order.

Order still not received despite confirmation on 5th December 2022 that order was complete and had been shipped. I emailed on 10th December with query as tracking was not working on link provided. Confirmed by vendor that delivery was imminent with new tracking link, this has been showing for over a week that purchase is in Ireland/ no sign of delivery date

Nothing to change

Product works great.
Only broke within half a year.
A part came loose while I was sleeping.
Fortunately, I woke up from it.
Now I have contacted customer service and they say they can't do anything for me.
The lifespan of the product is at least 1 year to 1.5 years. But after half a year they can do nothing for you anymore.
Very poor service.

Delivery took 9 business days

Ordered wrong size but terms & conditions state unable to return if bag seal broken. Not sure how you're supposed to find out it's the wrong size without taking it out of the package though. Poorly described on website.

The mouthpiece only has a marginal effect on my snoring - the only subtle change was the tone of my snoring. I would appreciate any further advice you can give. Julian Mason.

I have been using SoClean bracket cleaner for years. In recent years, it has become increasingly common for liquid to come out of the spray can instead of foam. The can I received now gives only liquid right from the start. Has the production process changed? I would like to receive a response!!

Order still not seen after almost 4 weeks

Products that might fit if one knew in advance the size needed for their nostrils. There is indeed a kind of kit presenting 3 different sizes, but in this case, one is sure to have bought the other 2 sizes for nothing.
Maybe a similar kit in lower quality material, but just good for a "size fitting" would be interesting as a trial.
Aside from this, I tried 2 types of products at night, but after a while, I had irritation of the mucosa with nasal discharge.
Maybe it's due to the unsuitable size, maybe to the product itself (to the main material of the product).
I would like to try another size, but the fact of possibly paying again for nothing is prohibitive.
One last thing, I also tried the product for sports. In case of heavy exhalation, it comes out of the nostrils.
For my part, the experience is not conclusive at all and I will therefore stick with my external nasal strips.

I don't use the t-shirt and you suggested I return it but that's too complicated so too bad

Not worth the price.. Could have got cheaper if I looked around...

It was not clear that the shipping was going to take place from the UK or from the EU, since the website indicated both as available. Only after paying the order it was clear that shipping took place from the EU by DHL, to the UK delivery address. The cost for just a handful of sleep apnea air filters was exorbitant. Ordinary post would have been sufficient. Or give a choice. Please be guided.

Returned a faulty product and the replacement sent also does not work as the supplied instructions say it should.

Sadly I only realized that I could not return the product under the 30 day refund guarantee after it had been opened. I was very upset to find that I had trusted £169.95 to this and have lost that money. For people like me who have probably spent a small fortune looking for an aid to their snoring problem and are willing to take the risk to try new products it is very upsetting.

Order didn't arrive first time ....had to chase back up and when did arrive had no actual machine in it merely the face mask

I still have not received the product ordered over a month ago.

product is very bad and leaks constantly causing me to have terrible breath stops

Hurts my upper front teeth, makes my mouth salivate too much

With postal charges I paid £16 for eight bands, seven of which I've sent straight to landfill because I don't need them - This means the one band I needed cost me £16 OUTRAGEOUS!!!
