You buy something and upon receipt, it turns out you also need cleaning supplies. Why don't I get any tips with the order?
Searching for cleaning products is difficult.
The site is in Dutch. The products have a German manual. There are no manuals available in Dutch on the site. Too bad.
This makes the product user-unfriendly.

Repeated problems with delivery. Once long wait about 1 week until delivery. In the next order requested delivery after 8 days, would be on the way. (This delivery only arrived today. It was a 2nd delivery (this time with tracking) and look, after another 3 days the delivery was there.

The order and confirmation took place on 03.04.2018. The goods were only delivered on 10.04.2018. I think too late, because it was said that shipping takes place 1 day after ordering.
