Everything was impeccable in terms of ordering and delivery.
But after a certain use of the T-shirt, I think it does not solve my positional apnea problem despite regular washing to regain its "size" and initial shape. It was supposed to prevent me from sleeping on my back and snoring, so in this position (with apnea). However, according to my connected watch, the snoring is still there and I noticed that I could wake up almost on my back because the pocket and foam roll position themselves on the side...under the shoulder blade (too low?)

Worthless idiots they are
Worthless idiots they are, I received an unsealed mouth nose mask I wanted a nose mask, so I returned it neatly, Got a little later after my insistence an email that they do not accept it and return it. It had been opened, I indicated that I received it like this, but I am a liar according to the company. The package kind of arrived, Broken box mask read everything thrown in the box, I have now taken photos and sent them and closed the box well and now I get the threat that they will send it one more time or they will throw it away, 14

Worthless company, very bad service, I have been made 150 euros lighter, you hear nothing from them anymore, I think I will take a day off to go there to get my money back, going through the court would cost much more, really a shame for the retailers.

Good system for sleep apnea
The t-shirt is of good quality and made of very pleasant fabric to wear. For me, the size is consistent with my other t-shirts for the bust but I had to cut the sleeves to be comfortable (indeed, obese people often have big arms). I'm afraid the next size up will be too big. Much more pleasant than other systems with elastics that are uncomfortable during the night. It just lacks a bit of color!

I am 100% confident that nobody actually uses these. £120 FOR A PIECE OF PLASTIC with a NO RETURNS POLICY!!! It is absolutely 100% not possible that you can sleep for 7 hours with this massive piece of hard plastic around your teeth. So angry with myself that I bought this. £120!!!!

Relatively quickly delivered from Germany. The PosiForm pillow 'forces' your head into a certain position and feels a bit too 'hard' for me. The edge in the middle doesn't really prevent you from turning on your back; your head then ends up in the other pre-shaped half. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience, but that may be different for others. I have had the pillow for 3 weeks now and will continue to use it in hopes of improvement.

Product conforms to my order but I will not order again because the amount of plastic for the packaging is huge. Hence the poor rating. We won't get by with methods like that. I can provide you with a photo and you will see that it is nonsense. They sent me 3 small nasal dilators in 3 different full plastic packages. I do not understand this stubbornness to use such rubbish. I would order again if the packaging methods change. Too bad because the product is great.

I was recommended this product after doing a sleep test but turns out to be a terrible product. Followed the instructions to set mould to my mouth and it didn’t work therefore the mouth guard becomes completely useless.
I ordered from the UK directly from their website and had to pay additional taxes for the delivery therefore even more disappointed.
Instructions are extremely difficult to read, not sure how someone not used to watching YouTube videos would know what to do.
I would be very careful when ordering this.

Website looked to be English, but did not advise shipping was from Germany and would incur customs charges. Contacted company who just pointed at FAQs and blamed Brexit. No hint of apology.
