The transport is terrible. Indeed, the product was supposed to be delivered to my home. For an unexplained reason, it was delivered to a pickup point on the grounds that the package could not be delivered to my home. And why??? My address is very easy to find and I was home. So, an experience that leaves a bad memory.
The quality of the product is of course essential, but without serious logistics...

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

There was a significant import duty to pay that wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase. While this is obviously not paid to Somnishop they must be aware that as they were importing from the EU there would be a duty payable by the customer. It would be useful to know that in advance.

Even though the shop is called Somnishop UK it is actually in Germany so delivery is delayed and you will have to add customs fees to the price quoted. So whilst I got what I ordered eventually it was way more expensive and slower than expected

Review your delivery service. The two stars are only for the delivery. Luckily I had allowed some margin for the delivery time because I am going abroad for 1 month in two days.

Everything was impeccable in terms of ordering and delivery.
But after a certain use of the T-shirt, I think it does not solve my positional apnea problem despite regular washing to regain its "size" and initial shape. It was supposed to prevent me from sleeping on my back and snoring, so in this position (with apnea). However, according to my connected watch, the snoring is still there and I noticed that I could wake up almost on my back because the pocket and foam roll position themselves on the side...under the shoulder blade (too low?)

Good system for sleep apnea
The t-shirt is of good quality and made of very pleasant fabric to wear. For me, the size is consistent with my other t-shirts for the bust but I had to cut the sleeves to be comfortable (indeed, obese people often have big arms). I'm afraid the next size up will be too big. Much more pleasant than other systems with elastics that are uncomfortable during the night. It just lacks a bit of color!

Relatively quickly delivered from Germany. The PosiForm pillow 'forces' your head into a certain position and feels a bit too 'hard' for me. The edge in the middle doesn't really prevent you from turning on your back; your head then ends up in the other pre-shaped half. All in all a somewhat disappointing experience, but that may be different for others. I have had the pillow for 3 weeks now and will continue to use it in hopes of improvement.
