The transport service was lacking: my order from March 4 was only delivered to me in person on March 30, after my 3 successive reminders by email.

Mask came in good time. Mask does not work for me. It leaks when sleeping on your side very disappointed.

The size guide and the size offer should be improved. The anti-snoring t-shirt ordered smaller than recommended arrived too big to be adjusted (for info I took size S for 183cm).

Fast and conforming shipment, quite good efficiency, but the cylinder tends to move and shift to the side during the night.

Had to wait a long time for the delivery, stated 3 to 4 working days but I had to wait 9 working days

Product was supposed to be delivered. Note in the mailbox from GLS that it was placed somewhere but found nothing.

Product was delivered well but I had to wait for it. It is certainly not the case that when you order, you get the product delivered the next day

Ordered products on January 3, delivered only on January 15. The site mentions a delivery time of 2-3 working days.

The products are not suitable for nostrils with a deviated septum and it's precisely this that needs to be widened, otherwise the products are soft and you easily forget them at night.

The shopping experience, from the UK, is poor. Customer service unhelpful, long delivery times. Unexpected taxes. Good product though.

My order was delivered by DHL... but I received nothing, I reported that to Somnishop. They are working on it but very sloppy...

So far the experience was good. But I think the last order is stuck. Delivery days on the site match ONLY with reality. The package was already in the Netherlands on December 2 and has not yet been delivered. Personal contact with Somni is also increasingly leading to nothing. This was different in the past. I hope the package will be delivered this week. It needs to go with someone to Aruba!

Quality product but it didn't work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunately because the product didn't allow me to breathe through my mouth I couldn't use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement product but was told I would have to buy an alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alternative from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to SomniShop for years if they had been a bit more accommodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaningful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product I could not use.

The delivery of the ordered products takes too long.

Usually I wear M or L, I took XS so that the roll in the back doesn't turn and it still turns, it's a shame

Thought Somnishop was Dutch. So EU. Package was held up at customs in Germany. Had to be cleared. It just kept taking time. So no more Somnishop for me.

Nothing to say about the quality products but I have a hard time getting used to these t-shirts

The device adapted very well to my dentition and I have indeed noticed a decrease in my apneas. I would have rated five stars if it had continued in this direction, unfortunately the device loosens quickly and does not hold very well after about ten days in my case. At 120€ for the piece of plastic I admit to being very disappointed.

Did not receive track and trace from DHL, so the package has been returned.

There are a few things that could be different. Nose clips can simply go through the mailbox, so why send as a package with the same costs. It took over a week to receive them. It was a repeat order, but the size L I ordered was suddenly smaller than the previous delivery. Returned 8 days ago, but still no message or refund? This could be different. Lastly, I am unclear about the difference between omnipax air and clipair. They both come in a clipair box?

Nose pad does not stay well in place for me, and the mask does not stay exactly on that thing. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a bad purchase for me. But it might be my fault because I am doing something wrong.

The product is not working as expected, and it can't be returned once it is open from the box. I recommend other buyers to try first in other shops where they can have a free trial first.

There is a big problem with the size of the T-shirts. Usually, I wear XL, or even XXL. I finally took M, having had to return the order each time. For now, I am not convinced of the effectiveness of the system, as I often wake up in the morning on my back with the roll slipped to the side.
I think it's too early to give an opinion, but I am bombarded with emails. I need to record my sleep to see if the apneas have disappeared. So it's too early to give a definitive opinion on the effectiveness.

When I placed my order, I realized that I had chosen the wrong size. I ordered a size L when I wanted a size M. I immediately emailed customer service giving the order number as advised on the site. I never received a response and I received a size L. Too bad. It's a very good product to my taste but the order tracking and response to customer requests is very average.

Outrageous prices for poorly fitting products which don’t work. Profiteering at its worst.

The product is useless

the product has changed compared to previous years: the sizes seem to be shorter and no longer stay in the nostrils

My order references 09k104380A - 94H3H8J. Following my request to exchange two M T-shirts (way too big) from 20/2/24, I did not understand the meaning of your response, and therefore, I did not follow up.

Not clear the product was coming from outside UK. I paid 50% in charges to receive in the UK

took a week to receive a card saying customs had not been paid had to send it back or i would of been paying double price the website is SomniShop uk you don't expect customs charge not to be paid from a company advertising in the uk

Whilst to AP2 is working and decreasing my scoring the fit is not tight on the bottom tray despite numerous attemps to mould it via the instructions. During sleeping my teeth can slip out of the bottom tray causing snoring.

terrible delivery, it seems that the delivery company cannot read addresses or does it on purpose, unknown address every time, terrible and the bubble silicone has nothing to do with silicone anymore, the less it goes, the less it goes, as for the rest it relaxes in a short time. to be reviewed

Delivery was not done by DHL but by PostNL

Mask is comfortable but the air does not flow well through the openings,
therefore I cannot breathe calmly.
Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to and trying again.
