Good follow-up on the issue - product delivered after a month

The order arrived in good order after almost a week. This was due to GLS having problems with delivery in the Netherlands. SomniShop NL could not do anything about this. But when I emailed them about it, it was never answered. That's why I can only give three stars.

Hey, it would be better to deliver the products first and then ask if I'm satisfied…

Only tried one setting lower than 6 so need to try a liwer setting again and hope for better results

Very disappointed

My order never arrived. Either DHL did not receive the order, or DHL lost it. When I called at the end of the delivery period (Wednesday), I was told I would receive news after contacting DHL. On Friday morning, when I called because I had not heard anything, the person told me they would send me a new package as soon as possible. On Friday at 2 PM, they sent me an email to inform me that they would send my package on Monday and offered me 10% off my next order. I requested a refund which I received in a very short time. So there is a service, which could be more responsive, but which does its job, hence my average rating.

Waiting time longer than competitors

The device is too large for my mouth, it makes me gag and can’t keep it in for more than 30 minutes. It also creates a lot of saliva.

While I have always been satisfied with somnishop, I am today disappointed. The announced deadline was not respected at all: in fact, 7 working days.. which means I can no longer retrieve what I ordered since I am no longer on site.

Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.

The sleeping position has become very uncomfortable and causes me severe back pain. It’s a false solution.

The 3 bottles were not well packed. Despite the stickers on the outside of the box, care was not taken during transport. Two of the three bottle caps were damaged and therefore unusable. Fortunately, no liquid leaked.

Not a good device, had to go back to my older mouth guard.

Ordered a CPAP pillow. Unusable, couldn't sleep on it. Neck complaints only got worse. Over 80 euros including cover. Expensive experiment

The shop forces you to buy the strip plates with all sizes while out of the 8, 7 end up in recycling.
There should be plates by size (after the tests of the first use)
We know the strip needed and it needs to be changed quite often as the strips stretch and become too long…

Sizing of T-shirts much larger per size than usual for size M. Had to return this (€12.00 for return shipping) and now ordered size S with shipping costs again.

The company was efficient at taking card details and charging me.
Their initial web page insisted on a clickthrough acceptance of terms and conditions that included tracking of non order related data, with an assertion that these permissions could be withdrawn 'at any time'. This is not the case, I have been unable to use the web site to register my desire to have this data removed.
I received an email related to the shipping of the items in German, from a 3rd party with no pointer to any help with translation. It turned out to be a perfunctory message saying the parcel was handed off for delivery.
An email asking for information about the parcel and some surprising charges, including VAT on VAT, remains unanswered.
At the time of writing I still haven't received the items. I'm not expecting to lose them, it's just been about a month.
All told a lacklustre and expensive experience.

Firstly the product works. It does stop you snoring and the SomnoGuard SPX is the most comfortable on offer. It's my 4th one (as they do not last long, hence minus a star). The delivery though was terrible. Package got lost as DHL used a third party, no help from SomniShop, so another minus for indifferent service.

The first order never arrived and turned out to have been returned. I received a discount code for reordering, but it didn't work. The second order arrived on time and the products were of good quality.

Delivery took 9 business days

The mouthpiece only has a marginal effect on my snoring - the only subtle change was the tone of my snoring. I would appreciate any further advice you can give. Julian Mason.

Shipping costs are way too expensive!

The package must have been repackaged by the post office, the box being damaged.

Item does not meet my expectations, size S is too big for me despite my build

Sizes do not match

Products that might fit if one knew in advance the size needed for their nostrils. There is indeed a kind of kit presenting 3 different sizes, but in this case, one is sure to have bought the other 2 sizes for nothing.
Maybe a similar kit in lower quality material, but just good for a "size fitting" would be interesting as a trial.
Aside from this, I tried 2 types of products at night, but after a while, I had irritation of the mucosa with nasal discharge.
Maybe it's due to the unsuitable size, maybe to the product itself (to the main material of the product).
I would like to try another size, but the fact of possibly paying again for nothing is prohibitive.
One last thing, I also tried the product for sports. In case of heavy exhalation, it comes out of the nostrils.
For my part, the experience is not conclusive at all and I will therefore stick with my external nasal strips.

I don't use the t-shirt and you suggested I return it but that's too complicated so too bad

No effect on my husband’s snoring

You use way too big packages compared to the size of the product. In addition, there is too much plastic used in the packaging.
