Envelope badly weighed, 5.34€ of tax to be paid at the post office

More than 5 weeks for a restocking of 3 unfortunate items, 2 mails sent to the company without any answer yet .... Very disappointed

I have not received my order in full, I have already sent 2 emails to SOSAV for explanations, I still have no answer.

Very easy to order and correct price. Customer service response to my email was a bit long: 24 hours Application instructions for the telephone film: not in accordance with the film, so there is a mark in the corner of the film (not good)

I waited 2 months to receive part of my order. The parts were available when I ordered them, and were waiting to be delivered afterwards. More than 3 months later, I am still waiting for the balance. No response to my reminders.
