A muddle in the order with little information without me asking. Contacted, customer service ended up confirming the delay, giving me a new approximate time frame but also offered to refund me the costs incurred (order plus delivery) if I wanted to cancel my order. The screwdriver pac I bought is of poor quality. The spare part on the other hand seems to be in order.

My package arrived safely but with a delay. I had to send several emails to find out the status of my order. I would have preferred SOSAV to take the lead, hence my 3 star rating. a first order was for a set of tools to open an iPhone 6S and the smallest torx was too big... the second order was for screws for iPhone 6S and the delay was exceeded by more than a month... The fact remains that SOSAV offers repair materials that are difficult to find elsewhere and more expensive...
