Positive point: this is the only place where I found the item I need, which arrived intact at the relay point. The first exchanges with the SOSAV team were quick. Negative point: After 2 months of waiting I cancelled my order and bought a new phone. Why did you wait for my cancellation to send the product? A better communication about the availability of the product would have been appreciated, it would have saved me the purchase of a new phone.
Very long delivery time. The part delivered does not correspond to what I ordered.
I have received an order but not the right parts and no time to redo the how. out of 3 how to drift only one and arrive fully and on time.
I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service. I have been moved twice to the relay point when there was nothing, nice! Neither colissimo nor SOSAV gave me any real explanation, my request for reimbursement has been put in stanby. They even offered me a second shipment with the shipping costs at my expense. A shame! I don't know yet how long this story will last before I can be reimbursed.
The shipping costs are high especially when the return of the fake item sold are not included.
I started a galaxy s4 screen on July 27, it should be available within two weeks, but I got it on September 10. Replaced with care it didn't last a week before failing me.
I will not recommend to my family and friends be sure. I will recommend your site to my friends and family. And again I have sent you 2 emails on the status of my orders but I have not received anything even a word of apology from you. I am still missing an order (a tablecloth for samsung S4 mini) but I think I can forget about it.

The screen I ordered is not working. I would like to exchange it and have sent an email to customer service with no response yet.
Out of 4 products ordered, 2 were not what I ordered (1 color error and 1 totally different product). Despite opening a ticket and sending a photo, no news for several days...

Everything is fine if the ordered part works, knowing that the prices are very expensive compared to other sites. From the moment the part is defective, we have to send it back at our expense and we see that we start to get bogged down in a long debate that will cost us, that's when we realize that this site is actually unreliable. A piece of advice, look for a site that doesn't want your money, and there are many that are reliable. The service is zero. I found the same part at 8 euros with the price of shipping while on this site it cost me 18 euros with a defective part ...
Customer service completely lacking, shipping of defective product, the battery burned my Iphone motherboard. Diagnosis confirmed by a professional. Obviously no return, no response from SOSAV, even their captain repair ignores me. In short, a legal action will perhaps make them wake up.

To avoid: company with no professionalism: order placed on 21/07, date of receipt indicated on the screen 23/07, not having received anything on 26/07 I call them: they indicate me that as they had articles in reapproval they did not make leave the order! Finally they split the order in two, reception on 28/07 of a part of the order but one of the sent articles IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE, reception on 03/08 of the new sending and it is STILL NOT THE RIGHT ONE!!! This site apparently doesn't give a damn about its customers!!!
After a part out of stock for 1 month, I have a doubt on the veracity of the status ... It took 2 messages via the website, a message on the answering machine and a repair request by captain repair to learn that my part is being shipped and finally realize that the part does not correspond to the order.
Very bad experience: 1) double collection after ordering the same product: no answer neither by phone nor by using the form on the site for several days... 2) The item I received is not the one I ordered... Once again, the after-sales service does not provide any answer, either by email, by contact form or by phone... I strongly advise against this site.

The product was late in coming, I had to go on the site to see that it was in restocking, which was not at all reported to me at the time of purchase that I would not have done given the urgency. No information was given on the future availability of the product. I was forced to do something else and the product is no longer useful to me. Bravo !
