SOSav is a bad site selling average products with responsive but borderline LEGAL support. I bought a complete iPhone 6 screen that had 3 defects. Knowing that the replacement would only be made after they received this more than defective product, I ordered from another merchant in order to have a functional product quickly. It had been less than 14 days since I placed my order, so I asked for a refund. They refuse and tell me that it is only a credit note or replacement of the product (it is illegal). It took me multiple conversations (36 emails sent/received) stating the various French laws (art. L. 221-24) obliging them to refund me to win my case. I will NEVER recommend this site as it has a policy of THIEF. I would have put "0" but it is not possible. PS: here is the update of my review, please don't delete it yet.

I ordered a battery and a power connector for iPhone 4s but I was disappointed by the quality of these products. The proximity sensor that I received has one of the branches of the tablecloth too long of a few millimeters. I had to twist it a bit to clip it on. The power button is very hard but works. The tools are correct. It is a pity that the flat head screwdriver is not magnetic. I did a battery test which shows that it is perfect but unfortunately it discharges too quickly (the % drops almost at sight), even by setting and optimizing the features and some applications of the iPhone ... The after sales service is very reactive. The parts are guaranteed for one year, and they propose to change them, but they have to dismantle everything and take pictures of the defective parts beforehand. Afterwards, they propose to send back the parts and to change them. This very constraining and meticulous operation discouraged me. I couldn't see myself dismantling everything again just to take pictures, so I took the responsibility of refusing to go through with the proposed process. It's up to you...
