SOSAV did not deliver the items I ordered (not in stock? lost order?) and above all did not reply to my reminder emails to find out the status of my order. I managed to get my money back only after threatening to report their behavior, without even an apology or explanation. In short, this company borders on fraud. To be avoided as long as they have not reviewed their operating methods and in particular their non-existent after-sales service (by being called SOSAV, this should however be included in their process!)

Order placed and accepted on 5/10/21, order received on 25/10/21. I've already had a problem with this product. I had already had a pb a few years ago with this site for a new part that did not work and the after sales service had not wanted to know anything...
