A muddle in the order with little information without me asking. Contacted, customer service ended up confirming the delay, giving me a new approximate time frame but also offered to refund me the costs incurred (order plus delivery) if I wanted to cancel my order. The screwdriver pac I bought is of poor quality. The spare part on the other hand seems to be in order.

My package arrived safely but with a delay. I had to send several emails to find out the status of my order. I would have preferred SOSAV to take the lead, hence my 3 star rating.
