Fast delivery, well packaged!

The complaint with SOSAV for the home button not working, they ask me for a photo of the front and back of the button received which means reassembling everything! it would have been wise to advise customers to do this BEFORE assembly. So I give up = money lost

I sent a message on the Messenger of SOSAV, very fast answer and sending a new complete set at their charge. I received it very quickly and this time the repair went very well. I can only thank them and recommend them and I will gladly go through them again for future repairs.

I have not had any problems with the products but my order has not been validated even though the payment has been taken. I had to call the service again after a week without any news about my order. They were quite responsive and recognized their fault but no commercial gesture.
