Very good management of my problem. I did not receive my order within the time limit announced and I could not forward it because I had chosen a simple mail and they sent me back my order which arrived in duplicate because the first delivery arrived with the right date of delivery (thank you post office for the delay ....). Very good communication, fast and efficient. If all customer services were like this it would be great!
