Excellent site, clear tutorials, good compliant products, hassle free delivery.

Clear website, good product descriptions. The tutorials are easily accessible, but the preparation service was not able to process my order correctly on two occasions. Fortunately the after-sales service is very responsive and informs you quickly on the progress of the order. Rigour and patience are necessary.

I am very pleased with the products but a little disappointed with this latest order where after 2 months of waiting I am asked to pay 4 euros more because the delivery which was expected in simple letter must be done in colissimo...

The screen is exactly the same as the original one! The package was well packaged and the delivery time was reasonable.

Despite an error on your part concerning the order, you have made up for it afterwards. on the other hand, concerning an error in delivery, you have to wait too long to justify the error and have to deal with several people and not just one. also, it is impossible to reach someone on the phone.
