Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. It was fast and efficient. However, I bought the wrong rear glass. I bought the one for the P20 Lite instead of the normal P20. As the glass remained in its original condition (not unpacked), I would like to see if an exchange is possible? Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Package well packed. The screen corresponded to the description. I was able to replace it and now everything works properly. 3 notes: 1 - Make sure you get the kit with the gasket, the triwing screwdriver and the spatula, otherwise you'll get stuck. 2 - It's much easier to open the tel with suction cups than by passing the metal spatula over the gasket (1 suction cup on each side and you spread it, it will open and then you pass the spatula). 3 - Be very careful to put back the little metal connector at camera level (on the screen I received it wasn't there, but it's very easy to get it back on the old one) and remember to remove the dust before closing, otherwise face id won't work anymore (I just needed to reset it and it was ok afterwards). So to sum up, it's really not easy to change the screen, but if you do it right and take your time, it works.
