Very good except for the delivery which must arrive /48h paying more than 10 and which is delivered 5 days later.

After three reminders and two weeks of waiting, I was told that a product would not be available for another two weeks. Lack of communication on the real availability of products.

The products are conform and of good quality, however my note will not pass the 3 stars since following my first order I still miss the isesamo tool that I was charged but which was not in my package. I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

Good site to buy smartphone parts.

Delay in delivery not informed on this order... I knew that the product was in the process of being reordered, but no news afterwards about the longer than expected delivery time. if I hadn't contacted the sales department myself, I wouldn't have had any follow-up.

The site is well done and the guides are great

The delivery time was not as advertised on the website, but this was due to a one-off event. I received half of my order because the material reserves were obviously not properly managed. The customer service made me some proposals claiming to be able to send my package "in priority" in the day, instead it was shipped the next day (it was a phone battery, I had ordered for 3 weeks to anticipate the blow, and finally my used battery has finally failed, which has annoyed me for work).

The spatula in the repair kit arrived broken despite proper packaging.

Lots of parts available but often problems in delivery and also lack of suggestions on what additional parts to buy to make a complete repair

Very good site except the delivery time is too long

The package went to the relay point and back to Sosav: a mystery. And I had to be threatening to get a 100% refund. I placed an order again, we'll see.

A purchase, a disappointment... Not possible to judge.

The parts are expensive (but arrive quickly all the same) and are of poor quality. My basket stayed on the site for a week, sometimes the delivery is free, sometimes not. The delivery, let's talk about it: you have to count much more than what is indicated for a home delivery! I've never seen that! However, the parts arrive in a parcel, they are very well packed and protected with an antistatic packaging.

The site is not bad... but I will not return. I think I would have found much cheaper elsewhere. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone. I'd rather go to Amazon for the same thing. I prefer to go to Amazon for the same thing...

The order arrived quickly and the tool kit was very helpful. However I had many problems after the repair (following the sosav repair guide). Knowing that I had already repaired the screens of 3 other people's laptops before and it went very well. So I decided to buy a new laptop.

I am very satisfied, especially for the tuto that allowed me to repair myself my jack (xperia Z3 compact) however, this tuto also made me break one of my parts. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a phone that has a vibrator, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use a vibrator that has a vibrator. It's not too expensive so I'll fix it when I have time, but I'm still a little disappointed. Thank you for these tutorials!
