As long as there are no problems with the parts received, the service is correct and fast. As far as the after-sales service is concerned, you must have time to justify your problem and provide all the evidence that it is not due to the operations carried out but to the part. The defective part must then be sent back, and a new one is sent back upon receipt of the previous one. You should not be in a hurry for all these steps, and be able to spend a few days without the part in waiting.

I must have looked at the wrong fault, the spare parts did not change anything.

Not received the right thing

I find that you can't see very well on the guides. I had a hard time seeing how to do it on some components. For info I changed the complete screen but I broke a .... of the internal speaker... I will have to recommend.

I have ordered material several times that has proven to be what I expected

The front glass of my iphone had a defect in the pins that screw to the frame of the phone, they were twisted. big difference compared to the one I ordered some time ago. The back glass didn't fit properly, and the little plastic piece that fits the camera was not in the right direction, and hard to see with the naked eye... I also suggest you make video tutorials rather than photo, I found a competitor's support to be able to carry out the disassembly-reassembly. Originally, order placed for the supply of a phone battery. This one turned out to be defective (made the phone crash badly, and did not hold the charge). Back to customer service, forced to go through a credit and not a refund (I did not want the exchange given the quality of the 1st model of battery), customer service certainly fast, but then ... of a complicated ... Didn't understand my simple request to issue a credit note (and the terms), many unnecessary exchanges, approximate, error on the amount of the credit note. Quite painful in the end. The standard tool kit was packaged in a waterproof pouch, which was a very nice gift... except that the pouch was completely shredded and the entire contents had spilled into the box.

I only received my package after 5 days! I had placed my order on a Thursday morning during the night to receive my package during the day (as mentioned on the site for any order placed before 3pm).

The parts I ordered arrived very quickly and were easily assembled (internal speaker and iphone 5c battery). Everything was functional after reassembly but the next day the battery did not hold any more than the previous one and the internal speaker stopped working too...

I followed a tutorial to remove the front camera on a Galaxy S5 (remove the screen and simply clean the front camera). Result: my screen is no longer touchable even though I followed your procedure very carefully. I've already sent a request on this problem to get help.
