I only received my package after 5 days! I had placed my order on a Thursday morning during the night to receive my package during the day (as mentioned on the site for any order placed before 3pm).

The parts I ordered arrived very quickly and were easily assembled (internal speaker and iphone 5c battery). Everything was functional after reassembly but the next day the battery did not hold any more than the previous one and the internal speaker stopped working too...

I followed a tutorial to remove the front camera on a Galaxy S5 (remove the screen and simply clean the front camera). Result: my screen is no longer touchable even though I followed your procedure very carefully. I've already sent a request on this problem to get help.

The material is of good quality and the delivery is fast, nothing to complain about... On the other hand the tutorials are far from reality! Have a repairman do it, don't try to do it yourself! I wanted to change the chassis of my phone, now I have to change the LCD screen... Total of the operation: 200 instead of 20!!!!!!!!!

Purchase at full price of a part, reception of a used part (bent, traces of adhesive, traces of oxidation).

I have had quite a few problems, although many have been resolved. But there are always emails that remain unanswered. A company that tries to give a good image but still perfectible.

Although the product was not as advertised, the customer service department refunded me all the fees and was very accommodating. I therefore give 3 stars (average review).

Disappointed for my 1st order but you always have to give people a chance to make it up. So I hope it was just bad luck and that everything will be fine next time.

Negative points: Delivery fees too expensive: 7 approximately at sosav for a delivery at home against 250 or 300 or even free at other very known sites. If 2 orders are placed on the same day, there is no possibility to put the orders together to pay only one shipping cost. Lack of reference annotation on items (not practical if several orders) Home button non-existent on IPad window (waste of time for reassembly) Positive point: A wide choice. A site easy to use. Reliable and good quality products.

Product delivered twice with defect but exchanged, my new screen is working properly.

3 months delivery time against 15 days announced...

Very good site the tutorials are good. But for my part, I waited more than a month before receiving my order instead of 10 days as indicated. It's just a shame for people in a hurry who need to do a repair within a week for example.

The product does not match the tutorial. On the screen I bought, the proximity sensor, the camera, etc... are missing from the tutorial. This complicates the task and forces to go see a youtube video where the additional manipulation is explained ...

A product is not conform the speaker is not the right size

A big plus to the material but a big minus on the delivery times where I am very dissatisfied.

An order placed in a hurry due to the condition of my phone. From price not the cheapest on the market, decent tools but no news on a return request. I finally got the faulty component right but a return would have been appreciated.

Problem on the product received, no answer from the SAV.

Ordered on the 6th (jack plug), (email received order confirmation), on the 12th! (5 days later) I received payment accepted on the 13th delivery in progress. 7 days to ship a 20 grams thing in an envelope. After colissimo so count 10 days in all. I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time. The answer by email was done quickly enough, that's a good point, but the person asks me to dismantle the part and take pictures of the old part.... otherwise impossible to claim any support... Have you ever seen that? I'm sorry but I threw away the old apple part! And the jack plug is stuck to the double face, it comes off, and I stay without phone 3 weeks? I had already ordered from bri****ac or fi***at and they had sent me back a part directly! Here not. After a week of talking to the person and asking if they had ever disassembled a piece themselves and how annoying it was, all of a sudden after a week another person answers me and asks me to take pictures of the assembled piece so that I can open the file& So I put my phone back in, take pictures without tearing the tablecloth without taking it off the frame. and I send it. No answer for 2 days. And then I find out 2 days later that I received an email "your order is in preparation"so they were sending me a new piece without telling me. Anyway. All this to say that it is mixed. I thought I was working with a French company with a good reputation and good knowledge but frankly sometimes I'm better served by small ebay sellers and for less money. I still give it a medium grade because it's a French PNE that pays its VAT in France. Finally I received the new price around the 10th of the following month so more than a month between the order and the good part. The site is not too bad and needs to be improved.

The return of the item at our expense is still a big minus in service. I am not sure I will buy in the future for this reason.
