Fast shipping, but the package arrived crushed, fortunately nothing damaged, because the package was crushed on the bottom (probably transported upside down) - 3 stars because the protective padding does not surround the goods! all was underneath ... if the package had been crushed on top, the iPhone 6 screen I ordered would have arrived broken! (protection of the goods to be revised or at least improved)

Package arrived in bad condition

A very bad experience, 2 and a half months to fix my phone the screen sent was not compatible, a service quite unresponsive and disorganized which explains so much time. The problem was solved anyway so I put 2 stars only for this reason. It is still very disappointing for a French company.

Sloppy packaging

Product (Lumia 920 screen) well packaged, fast shipping, reasonable price, but it is not clear from the start that it is a used part. A screen clip was broken for example. This was not a problem when reassembling but it detracts from the experience.

Hello. The material arrived well but the disassembly of the screen was catastrophic. The explanation to disassemble the screen is not at all precise enough and despite all my goodwill and delicacy, the screen of the note 4 is extremely perilous! So I destroyed my phone and despite my emails to return the new parts not unwrapped, it is total radio silence. The error is of course my fault but thank you for answering me if possible. Sincerely . My first experience was not really conclusive. The reason was the page on your site. When I chose the screen for my IPhone 6 I based myself on the content of your page and the tutorial it contained but the tutorial did not correspond to the product listed on this page, hence the confusion. The result is that I received a screen that you called "complete" but not assembled and the replacement work is much more complicated (or impossible to do) than what is presented on the tutorial.

The site is relatively well designed. Maybe review the shipping of packages. An iPhone rear camera may not require a whole package especially when it is filled with paper and a carambar! A simple tracking letter to ship it and does not cost 6!

Some operations are delicate to take off some parts it is necessary to force well, perhaps to attract the attention...
