I received the wrong product. I received a full screen 5c instead.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 battery, and I received a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 battery. I sent a message to customer service, still no answer after 3 weeks.

For the screen, beautiful aspect, but the touch does not react as well as the original, the color rendering is correct, to see in the duration... For the battery apparently no concern to see the longevity ....

A good value for money, but an after-sales service that is not attentive enough. No telephone, so it is not always easy to be understood in writing, so in some cases I prefer to exchange by phone to better understand a problem. I really had a hard time making myself understood during an email exchange with a customer service representative. Just to make him understand that I was missing a USB cable for iPhone.

I ordered a complete screen for my LG G3 on this site. This one did not work... I had to send it back, I asked for a refund and it was refused. Your documentation does not mention the connector behind the screen and how to unlock the panel. Your documentation only mentions the double connector on the side. I did not pay attention to this connector and I damaged it by taking out the screen, and by not unlocking correctly this connector. So I made this screen unusable by damaging the connector
