Delivery slower than announced ordered on Thursday delivered the following Wednesday, too long when the phone is out of order Another drawback is that it is not specified that the gasket is included with the screen and we end up taking one as an option which is completely useless!

Hello, I received my ordered product on time. It turns out that after the change of product my device suffered another problem due to the I/O of the new component. After an exchange on the SOSAV platform, the team sent me a new piece of equipment as compensation for the initial one. The exchange will be carried out shortly. The defective product, received on delivery, was re-sent by letter post and taken care of by SOSAV. Apart from the problem of the new but faulty component for my repair operation, I have always had confidence in SOSAV's services. There's a great deal of rigor and commercial attentiveness.
