After a first sending of a defective HP (apparently not new because it had no inscription, unlike the 2nd), the SAV was very responsive: after asking me a photo front and back of the part received defective (I did not understand very well why) I was quickly sent a HP that works perfectly. There is one downside, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars: having had to dismantle my phone several times instead of just once, due to the first product being out of order, the front cover (the one on which the screen is fixed) cracked. It's a shame, especially since it was replaced only 6 months ago. NB: I used the photo tutorial proposed by the site: it is well done, very clear.
