The tutorials lack video, everything looks easy in photos and well explained, but there is not necessarily a notion of time or really difficulty with photos.

The battery didn't look new when it came out of the box, which is confirmed by its charge life (much less than a day). It helps out, it's 20 but far from being like the original new phone.

Poorly prepared screen Missing screw

The package arrived safely, thank you, but I still haven't been able to change my battery because I don't have the screwdriver for that. It would be good to include it in the purchase of the battery to avoid this kind of inconvenience. As soon as I have found a small screwdriver dealer I will be able to test my new battery.

Well, it was expensive, it took a long time to deliver, and as the glass I took off was glued I thought I had to glue the whole sticker. There was no explanation on your site. Commercial policy to be reviewed

I was disappointed by the commercial side of SOSAV, following two defective parts (HTC M7 screen), I was reimbursed but the shipping costs for the order as well as the cost of returning the first screen remained at my expense, whereas 1 I pay for the shipping of a defective part and 2 I pay for the return of this part In addition to wasting my time, I lose money for a mistake that I am not responsible. I think I'll just send the second screen back and ask for a refund. It's a pity because the service was very reactive.
