I ordered a part and received it very quickly, however the first one was defective, so I asked for another one which was sent back to me without any worries, except that, unluckily, the second one was also defective, again exchange without worries. The third one works perfectly. Maybe I was just unlucky, but it's slightly disappointing.

I did not receive my Iphone 4 battery which obliged me to redo the order so 15 euros wasted for nothing!
