I placed my order around 5pm and it was specified that for orders placed after 3pm, the order would be shipped the next day so received the 2nd day (delivery by Chronopost), surprise: at 17:30 email to say "order ready" and at 17:38 email from Chronopost to say they had taken my order in charge. The next day at 11:30am, it was waiting for me at the parcel relay. BRAVO for the service and speed! It was my first order on this site and I would call again without hesitation.

The customer service is very responsive and quickly offers me a replacement. However, they ask me for a photo of the front and back of the item which cannot be disassembled (which would imply a breakage) without which the refund procedure cannot be finalized...

The repair guide omits to indicate, in preamble, the location of the layers of the touchscreen and therefore the risk of damaging them during the maneuver of separation glass / case. Unfortunately, I cut the Home control panel, but I don't know how to center the power supply panel for soldering it to the motherboard. Is there a template?
