Hello, I received my ordered product on time. It turns out that after the change of product my device suffered another problem due to the I/O of the new component. After an exchange on the SOSAV platform, the team sent me a new piece of equipment as compensation for the initial one. The exchange will be carried out shortly. The defective product, received on delivery, was re-sent by letter post and taken care of by SOSAV. Apart from the problem of the new but faulty component for my repair operation, I have always had confidence in SOSAV's services. There's a great deal of rigor and commercial attentiveness. Engraved hull according to the transmitted drawing model, but I found the rendering to be a little sloppy. The engraving is burnished in several places. I took photos, but it's a pity quality control wasn't done before shipment.
