Great service as usual. Very commercial reaction to Chronopost's amateurism: shipping costs reimbursed immediately by SOSav due to a 48h delivery delay by Chronopost. Chronopost does not deserve your customers. Your company would benefit from entrusting its express deliveries to honest carriers.
